Description
Ritenour School District seeks a provider to deliver dedicated wide area network connectivity between 15 district buildings in St. Louis County, Missouri, using fiber optic or switched Ethernet. Required bandwidth ranges from 500 Mbps to 10 Gbps by site. The provider must supply, own, monitor, maintain, and repair the WAN equipment and related cabling, infrastructure, and connections, and provide 24/7 service monitoring. The service must be operational by July 1, 2027, and the proposed term must be either 36 or 60 months. The proposal must address service topology and circuit delivery, equipment installed at district facilities, any facility or right-of-way requirements, and equipment the district must provide. Respondents must provide a current SPIN and FCC Registration Number, demonstrate E-Rate compliance, and identify eligible and non-eligible costs. Pricing is required for the basic service; pricing for the alternate service is optional, but an alternate-only response will be disqualified. The solicitation evaluates price, prior vendor experience, ineligible-service pricing, and local or in-state vendor status.
