Description
Mid-County Fire Protection District seeks bids for investigations of a property under consideration for a future fire station. Requested work includes a Phase I environmental site assessment, with Phase II work if warranted; an ALTA/NPS survey and title review; geotechnical investigation and soil borings; floodplain and drainage analysis; utility-capacity assessment; preliminary earthwork analysis; and a topographic survey. Bids must itemize the proposed work and costs, provide testing and report-delivery timelines, and identify any exceptions. All work must be completed by December 18, 2026; priority will be given to firms able to meet that deadline. The district anticipates issuing awards by November 18, 2026.
