Description
The Town of Moncks Corner is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide comprehensive services for the design and construction of Fire Station 3. The facility will function as a fire station, fire department headquarters, and community training facility. The selected firm will work with municipal staff and fire department leadership to validate the final building program; develop the site and building design; prepare construction documents; assist with permitting and bidding; and provide construction administration services through project completion. The anticipated project delivery method is design-bid-build. Respondents must submit three printed copies and one electronic PDF copy on a USB drive.
