Description
Walker County is soliciting bids for a project to pave the parking lot at the Senior Center. This project will involve the demolition of the existing asphalt parking lot and the construction and paving of a new concrete parking lot. The project is expected to cover approximately 4 acres and will include site demolition, clearing, earthwork, erosion control, soil stabilization, subgrade preparation, concrete paving, and pavement markings. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining vehicular access throughout construction and for disposing of debris off-site. Work must be completed in accordance with Texas Department of Transportation standards and attached construction plans.
