Anderson School District Two is soliciting bids for the replacement of HVAC equipment at Belton Honea Path High School. The project includes the supply and installation of vertical packaged heat pumps (WMHP units), split system heat pumps (AHU and outdoor units), and packaged roof-mounted units (RTUs). The equipment schedule specifies models from Bard, Trane, or approved equals, with various accessories such as energy recovery wheels, low ambient controls, and bi-polar ionization devices. The contractor must also perform ductwork modifications, insulation, condensate piping, and air balancing. Controls work is to be performed by ESS Controls as a subcontractor. All work must comply with manufacturer requirements and applicable codes.
