Parker County is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural and related services for an approximately 1,500-square-foot pre-engineered metal building at 1020 E. Highway 199, Springtown, Texas. The anticipated construction budget is not to exceed $400,000. The scope may include programming, preliminary and detailed design, structural and site coordination, construction documents, permitting and regulatory coordination, procurement support, construction administration, inspections, closeout, and coordination of specialty consultants. Respondents must submit a concise statement of qualifications addressing firm experience, project team, similar projects, public-sector experience, project approach, cost and quality control, workload and availability, references, and relevant claims or litigation. Pricing and fee information must not be included; compensation will be negotiated with the highest-ranked firm.
