Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for four paper products intended for high-volume digital-press production. Acceptable brands are limited to Accent Opaque Digital or Cougar Digital, with no alternate brands permitted. Items include 100# cover paper, 80# cover paper, 32# text paper, and 65# cover paper in specified sizes, white color, and 96+ brightness. The requested quantities are 12 cartons, 20 cartons, 7 cartons, and 7 cartons, respectively. Paper must be delivered in cartons; individual reams will not be accepted. The purchase may be awarded as a whole or by line item, and products will be ordered and delivered on an as-needed basis during the contract term, with no minimum quantity guaranteed.
