Description
The Clementon Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for fee accountant services. All services must comply with the rules, directives, regulations, and handbooks set forth by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and, where applicable, the State of New Jersey. This solicitation is being conducted through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Interested parties can obtain a proposal packet by contacting Vernon Lawrence or Barbara Murray at the Clementon Housing Authority, located at 22 Gibbsboro Road, Clementon, NJ 08021, or by calling (856) 784-1134. Proposal packages can also be downloaded from the authority's website at www.clementonhousingauthority.com.
