Description
The Manchester Regional High School Board of Education is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of a new sprinkler system for their baseball and softball fields. Bid documents, prepared by B | W | S Architects, will be available for purchase on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, for $50.00 from www.bwsplans.com. Bidders must be listed on the official plan holders list to be considered responsive. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Board Office at Manchester Regional High School, located at 70 Church Street, Haledon, NJ 07508. Attendees should use the Church Street entrance and proceed to Door #13 at the rear of the campus. Bids must be hand-delivered to Haledon Public School, located at 91 Henry Street, Haledon, NJ 07508, no later than 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Mail-in bids will not be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the base bid, not to exceed $20,000.00. All bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and provide proof of business registration.
