Description
The South Jersey Port Corporation (SJPC) is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of sprinkler systems in Building Y2 at the Broadway Marine Terminal. Bids must be submitted in four (4) original sealed copies to Perry Bicher, Technology & Business Services Manager, at the SJPC offices located in the Ferry Terminal Building, 2 Aquarium Drive, Suite 100, Camden, NJ 08103, by Friday, July 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. Bids will be opened and recorded at that time. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET, near the entrance of the Broadway Terminal. While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. Participants must notify Perry Bicher via email at purchasing@southjerseyport.com in advance if they plan to attend. Bid packets, containing detailed criteria, can be obtained from the SJPC website at http://www.southjerseyport.com or by contacting Perry Bicher at 2 Aquarium Drive, Suite 100, Camden, NJ 08103, or purchasing@southjerseyport.com. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq.
