Description
The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board is requesting Statements of Qualifications and letters of interest from firms for progressive design-build services for Hangar 111 at Blue Grass Airport. The project will construct an aircraft maintenance, restoration, and overhaul facility on the airport’s west side campus. The planned facility includes approximately 47,000 square feet of MRO space, 20,000 square feet of office and operational space, staff parking, and a materials receiving dock. Respondents must submit four hard copies and one digital copy of the written Statement of Qualifications and letter of interest.
