Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service is seeking one factory-new, commercial-grade laboratory steam sterilizer/autoclave. The unit must support programmable gravity waste, liquid/media, pre-vacuum, and drying cycles; include a 316L stainless steel fully jacketed chamber, ASME-compliant pressure components, safety systems, microprocessor controls, touchscreen interface, thermal printer, USB electronic data logging, and diagnostic and password-protection features. The required chamber size is 20 by 20 by 38 inches, with a one-wall recessed installation, manual vertical sliding door, two-shelf rack assembly, and specified facility-space limitations. The contractor must deliver, uncrate, move, install, level, anchor, secure, and connect utilities for the sterilizer; complete startup, calibration, commissioning, testing, and safety verification; provide a commissioning report and on-site operator, safety, programming, and maintenance training; and include a one-year full warranty covering parts, labor, and travel. The quotation must include the required technical and vendor information, including the Unique Entity ID, vendor contact information, country of origin, complete mailing and remittance addresses, and any applicable discounts. Award is expected to be a firm-fixed-price, one-year purchase order using lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation.
