Description
Kanawha County Schools is soliciting bids for construction of secured vestibules at multiple schools. The work includes additions and renovations involving selective demolition, concrete foundations and sidewalks, masonry, structural steel, cold-formed framing, roofing, storefronts and doors, security glazing and film, mechanical and electrical work, and related finishes. The drawings identify work at seven schools, organized into three site groupings and a combined proposal option. The owner will furnish and install the access-control, video-security, intercom, and entry system; the contractor is responsible for associated rough-in work where shown.
