Description
Bloom-Carroll Local School District is seeking a multi-year contract for internet access and data transmission serving its high school and middle school. Proposals must provide pricing for 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps service, bandwidth increases during the contract term, equipment needed to connect to the school network, and two 1 Gbps lit fiber circuits connecting the high school to specified district locations. The district is also seeking 11 new Eaton or equivalent uninterruptible power supply and battery-backup items, including complete UPS units and replacement batteries. No installation is requested for the equipment. Products must be new and include a three-year manufacturer warranty; equivalent products require documentation demonstrating compatibility with the existing network. Bids must identify the manufacturer, part number or SKU, unit cost, and E-Rate-eligible percentage for each item. Respondents must provide a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), or proof that one has been requested, and documentation showing authorized reseller status.
