Description
The project requires removal of a logjam from Wolf Creek, including all labor and the furnishing of materials, tools, machinery, and appliances needed to perform the work. The work is subject to Ohio prevailing-wage requirements and the project specifications. Bidders must provide either a bid guaranty and contract bond for 100% of the bid or an eligible certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit for at least 10% of the bid. The successful contractor must provide a one-year maintenance bond equal to 25% of the contract upon completion and acceptance. The prime contractor must perform at least 30% of the original contract price. Zero-dollar unit prices are non-responsive. The stated completion date is March 31, 2027.
