Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting one each of an open-netted elastic bandage with applicator for holding wet or dry dressings in place for adult fingers, toes, and circumcisions. The bandage must have a nylon and polyester covering, be latex-free, and have a 36-month shelf life; no more than five months may elapse between manufacture and delivery. The item is FDA-regulated and must be commercially packaged in sealed unit containers and suitable commercial shipping containers. Packaging and marking must comply with the applicable DLA requirements, including Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and the specified packaging and palletization requirements. Alternate products require complete technical data for evaluation.
