Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 56 adult-size, adjustable cervical supports, NSN 6515-01-452-4435. The requirement comprises 50 units for Blanchfield Army Community Hospital at Fort Campbell, Kentucky; five units for Hurlburt Field, Florida; and one unit for the USS Cheyenne. The specified product has a large size, trachea hole, and rear cervical spine port. The quoter must identify the source and part number being supplied and provide a complete data package for the approved or alternate part because adequate evaluation data is not available. The listed reference product is the Laerdal Medical Corporation Stifneck Select Collar, part number 980010, CAGE 63783.
