Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is requesting weekly service for floor mats, dust mops, wet mops, and microfiber towels at the Tuscaloosa County Health Department. The requested quantities are three 3-by-5 scraper mats, four 4-by-6 carpet mats, four 24-inch dust mops with handles, 25 16-by-12 microfiber towels with laundry bags, and 14 wet mops with handles. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Pricing must be provided by item and include delivery charges. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited; the service must be performed by the awarded vendor's owner or legal employees. The agency will issue a purchase order as the only legally binding contract and reserves the right not to award based on budget restrictions.
