Description
The City of Tuscaloosa is soliciting bids for utility relocation associated with an ALDOT intersection-improvement project on State Route 69. The scope includes approximately 14 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 65 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer main, 5 linear feet of 24-inch encasement pipe, an 11.2-vertical-linear-foot precast concrete manhole, cement mortar flowable backfill, wastewater flow control, landscaping, and related appurtenances. The work also includes approximately 95 square yards of asphalt patching and 938 square yards of bituminous concrete wearing surface. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for a general contractor to submit a bid. Electronic bids may be submitted through Central Bidding.
