Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole-source order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-25-G-1000 to General Electric Aerospace for T408 Head of Family and Bill of Material kits, hardware, and consumables. The supplies will support Israeli Air Force depot maintenance repair capability. The proposed action is limited to one responsible source under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 because no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. This is a presolicitation notice, not an open request for proposals.
