Description
Sedgwick County, Kansas is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a post-9-1-1 call text message survey software solution. The solution must automate the sending of SMS surveys to callers following specific incidents, integrate with the county's Tyler Public Safety CAD system to associate responses with incidents, and provide a user-friendly dashboard with reporting and analytics. The system must support configurable questions, opt-out functionality, and operate 24/7. Security and compliance with CJIS requirements are mandatory. The contract is for one base year with two one-year renewal options.
