Description
Sedgwick County is seeking bids for a 1-ton 4WD dual wheel crew cab long bed flatbed truck. The truck must include a gas V-8 engine, automatic transmission, all-season all-terrain radial tires, power 4-wheel disc brakes with ABS, factory air conditioning and heat, white exterior, vinyl or cloth gray interior with carpet delete, floor liner package or all-weather floor mats, and a flatbed (11' +/-). The flatbed must be equipped with a 250-gallon diesel fuel tank (mounted to the bed, not taller than the cab), fuel tank pump and hose, two bed-mounted 15-gallon oil tanks, an air compressor (120 psi, 30-gallon tank, gas-powered), a grease barrel (125 lb. keg with mount and pump), four hose reels (50' long, 1/2" hose for air, hydraulic oil, grease, and fuel), a toolbox on the topside of the bed, a Buyers 17K hitch with pintle mount 2-5/16, 8-ton combo hitch and 7-pin trailer light/brake connector, three sets of keyless entry remotes, electric powered mirrors, AM/FM radio, power windows and locks, an amber strobe light bar mounted to headache rack of bed (42"-54" with cables routed internally), four amber/white LED lights (approx. 4" each) in front grille and four on rear of bed, and tube/nerf style running boards full cab length. The truck will be used to lube and fuel equipment at job sites and mowing tractors, and may tow a trailer with a skid steer.
