Barton County is soliciting proposals for the printing and bulk mailing of Revenue Neutral Rate Notices for the Barton County Clerk Office. The scope of work includes printing approximately 35,000 pages and mailing 15,000 to 16,000 envelopes containing black print notices. All mailings must be completed by August 10, 2026.
