Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of performing construction services for the Wilson Lake Project in Russell County, Kansas. This project, identified by NAICS Code 237110, focuses on rehabilitating sanitary sewer lagoon systems at Minooka Park and Lucas Park. At Minooka Park, the work includes constructing a new secondary lagoon cell, upgrading the lift station with new pumps and piping, and replacing the existing force main. Additionally, upgrades are needed for Loop C, involving electrical and water systems, including replacing the old system with new PVC piping, installing frost-free hydrants, and updating electrical components to comply with NFPA 70 standards.
