Description
Winterset Community School District is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for the Phase 2 re-bid of additions and renovations at Winterset Junior High and High School. The project includes three building additions for wrestling, an auditorium, and art/FCS, along with interior renovations to classrooms, hallways, and mechanical rooms. The re-bid includes separate bid packages for earthwork and site utilities; building concrete; masonry; steel supply and erection; general trades; metal panels; roofing; glazing; gypsum board assemblies and painting; flooring; fire suppression; building mechanical work, including HVAC and plumbing; and building electrical work. Bids must be submitted on the approved bid form, with five-percent bid security. The successful bidder must provide 100-percent performance and labor and material payment bonds and required insurance documentation after award.
