Description
The Greater Saint Mary Community Development Foundation is seeking qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design and construction administration services for a new public facility. The planned facility will include space for nonprofit service providers, a shared-use commercial kitchen and commissary, community meeting space, and disaster recovery staging. The scope includes programming, cost estimating, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid-phase services, construction administration, resident inspection, and project closeout. Selection will be qualifications-based; price will not be used as a selection factor. The project uses federal CDBG-DR funding, and the contract award is subject to City of Lake Charles approval. Respondents must have active SAM.gov registration and must not be excluded from federally assisted programs.
