Description
The City of Lake Charles is soliciting bids for hazard mitigation improvements to provide backup power at a lift station. The work is identified as Capital Project CP3453 and HMGP Project DR-4559-0043; detailed scope, drawings, and technical specifications are referenced as contract documents available from the project engineer. Bids must use the provided paper or electronic bid form and include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must hold the applicable Louisiana contractor license and state on the bid form that they have personally inspected and are familiar with the project site.
