Description
Calcasieu Parish Police Jury is requesting sealed bids for uniforms, with unit prices effective from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027. Bids must be submitted using the designated bid forms or electronic bid forms. Louisiana-produced, manufactured, or grown materials, supplies, and provisions receive preference when quality is equal to competing out-of-state articles. Minority-owned firms, women-owned businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to participate. The buyer may hold bids for up to 45 days for review and bidder qualification investigations before award.
