Description
The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury seeks qualified consultants to provide professional grant management and related services on an as-needed, task-order basis. Work may include grant application development, program implementation, compliance monitoring, reimbursement support, and closeout for FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance and HUD Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery programs, as well as related state or federal grant assignments. The scope includes residential and infrastructure mitigation projects, grant and property file management, procurement and cost reviews, reporting, audit and monitoring support, and coordination with Parish staff, homeowners, agencies, and technical professionals. Consultants must provide qualified personnel, maintain a cloud-based document-management system with Parish access, and use written procedures and quality-control processes. Proposals must address the evaluation criteria and include the completed hourly-rate price schedule, a signed proposal form, and the requested experience, staffing, methodology, references, and supporting materials.
