Description
The City seeks a vendor for an annual office-supply contract, with purchases made on an as-needed basis at firm discounted prices from a general-line office-supply catalog. The estimated annual spend is approximately $150,000, but this is not a guaranteed purchase amount. The scope excludes furniture, janitorial supplies, telecommunications/data/computer equipment and accessories, computer paper, and copy paper. Bidders must provide a current price list in Excel format on a thumb drive or CD and a hard-copy catalog if available. The successful vendor must support online, telephone, or email ordering; provide a secure online ordering site with at least two approval levels; and deliver orders to individual City locations within 48 hours. The vendor must also provide account representatives, train City personnel on online ordering, provide a written procedure manual, and supply transaction reporting. Bidders must submit three references for similar goods provided within the past five years. The contract has a 12-month initial term and may be extended for up to two additional 12-month periods.
