Description
The City of Lima is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of several catch basins, inlets, storm sewers, and a detention basin along W. Wayne Street, N. Jameson Avenue, W. Grand Avenue, Spencerville Road, and at 809 Hope Street. The project includes stormwater infrastructure and detention-basin work shown in the plans and specifications, with prevailing-wage requirements applicable to public improvements in Allen County and Lima, Ohio. The estimated construction cost is $110,920. Bidders must register and purchase the plans and specifications for $20, submit the proposal on the City's prescribed proposal forms, and provide proposal security consisting of either a 100% proposal bond or a certified check for 10% of the proposal. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and 100% maintenance and guarantee bonds at contract execution, along with required insurance certificates before execution of the contract.
