Description
The Minnesota Army National Guard is conducting market research for a potential one-year firm-fixed-price contract to provide mobile dental medical-readiness support for approximately 8,500 service members. The contractor would perform dental examinations and procedures needed to meet Department of the Army readiness and deployability standards, provide qualified personnel, materials, supervision, and quality control, and support approximately four service days per month across three primary locations, with potential support at other designated locations. Interested businesses must submit a capability statement of no more than five pages addressing their relevant skills, experience, knowledge, licensure, mobile-clinic access and capacity, ability to protect controlled unclassified information and comply with HIPAA, and ability to perform as a small-business prime under the limitations on subcontracting. This is a Sources Sought notice and not a solicitation or request for proposals; no award will result from the response. The notice is being used to assess whether a total small-business set-aside is appropriate.
