Description
Stearns County is requesting written proposals from qualified engineering consultants to develop construction plans and bidding specifications for a fiber installation project. The project originates at the Stearns County Public Works Highway Building, continues along designated county routes, includes tie-ins at the Stearns County Parks Office, and terminates at an existing handhole.
