Description
Alexandria Township is seeking a contractor to provide winter road maintenance services from October 20, 2026, through March 31, 2027. The scope includes grading roads; plowing roads with a motor grader and truck; sanding roads; installing signs; and performing other related maintenance. Proposals must include a statement of qualifications, the number and types of available road-maintenance equipment, the number of employees available, relevant experience with other townships or clients, a proposed fee schedule, and references. The successful contractor must maintain a $1,000,000 certificate of insurance during the contract term.
