Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for one mending plate, NSN 5340-01-288-5122, under purchase request 7018368514. The item must be delivered within 20 days after award, with delivery FOB origin and destination inspection. Packaging must comply with the applicable DLA packaging requirements, including marking and labeling under MIL-STD-129 and the specified hazardous-material or commercial-packaging requirements.
