Description
This Sources Sought notice is for market research only and is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified sources able to provide a Guldmann GH3+ bariatric ceiling lift system or equal, including a ceiling-mounted lift or hoist with a minimum capacity of approximately 800 pounds, rechargeable or battery-powered operation, handheld or remote controls, controlled lifting and lowering, emergency stop and lowering features, quiet clinical operation, a ceiling track, expandability or modification capability, maintenance or service tracking, applicable medical-equipment safety compliance, and all necessary equipment. Respondents must identify whether they distribute the brand-name or an equal product. Equal-product respondents must identify the manufacturer and model and provide product literature demonstrating compliance. Responses must also include company and contact information, SAM UEI, NAICS code 339113, business-size and socioeconomic status, applicable schedule information, an authorized-distributor letter from the manufacturer, and the country of origin for each required item. No award is being made under this notice, and a future solicitation may be issued.
