Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one complete emergency dental kit, NSN 6520-01-603-3451, model JBC-DENT-01, consisting of a stocked variety of quality dental instruments and dental products. The bidder must specify the source and part number being supplied; alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation because adequate evaluation data is not available at the procurement agency. The kit must be commercially packaged in a sealed unit container that protects the contents from damage or breakage, packed in suitable commercial exterior shipping containers, and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1. Delivery is FOB destination, with a stated delivery requirement of five days after order and a quantity of one each.
