Description
The City of Willmar is accepting sealed bids for 14 separate leases of city-owned agricultural properties. The leases will generally run for three years, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029; the hay ground lease will run for six years, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2032. Bid packets include legal descriptions and property maps. Sealed bids may be submitted in person or by mail and must be received by the stated deadline. The bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
