Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of size 4 dental excavating burs with tungsten carbide heads, packaged as 10 each, under NSN 6520-01-003-2270. The quoter must specify the source and part number offered, along with the bidder's name and contact information, manufacturer name, manufacturer part number, and item description. Alternate offers require a complete data package for both the approved and alternate parts because adequate evaluation data is not available to the agency. The item is FDA-regulated and must meet applicable registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practice requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of delivery, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with the stated DLA requirements, including applicable hazardous-material packaging, commercial packaging standards, palletization requirements, and MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling requirements.
