Description
The City of Dallas is soliciting bids for Phase I improvements at Crawford Memorial Park. The work includes installing a pedestrian bridge and approximately 0.94 miles of hard- and soft-surface trail along Elam Road, reconstructing a parking lot, developing a playground and installing equipment, and installing a prefabricated restroom building at the southern parking area on North Prairie Creek Road. Additional work includes picnic pavilions, park lighting, utilities, irrigation, landscaping, drainage improvements, erosion controls, and related site furnishings. The project includes prefabricated pedestrian bridges, concrete abutments, approach slabs, drilled shafts, reinforced concrete pavement, stormwater infrastructure, and planting. Addendum 5 revised the playground, trail, bridge-guardrail, grading, paving, planting, irrigation, and dimensional-control plans and supplied revised bid and Business Enterprise Hub forms. The contractor must complete the work within 300 working days and comply with applicable prevailing-wage, environmental, stormwater, insurance, bonding, safety, and SBE participation requirements.
