Description
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is purchasing one inductively coupled plasma optical emissions spectrometer for quantitative elemental analysis of soil, plant, and water nitric acid digests. The system must analyze specified elements including potassium, calcium, aluminum, magnesium, sodium, manganese, iron, copper, boron, and zinc; support charged matrices; provide dual-view simultaneous optical detection across 167–785 nm; operate with argon; include Windows 11-compatible control software; and include an enclosed autosampler with at least 200 sample positions and a chiller. The requirement also includes shipping, setup, compatibility with the existing power source, English on-site operational and maintenance training, at least a one-year comprehensive manufacturer warranty, and ongoing technical support. Delivery, setup, and orientation are required by March 20, 2027. Bidding is restricted to suppliers pre-qualified under Supply Arrangement E60PV-19EQUI, and award is based on the lowest evaluated price among responsive bids meeting all mandatory technical criteria.
