Description
The City of Lawrenceburg is soliciting bids for construction of the 2026 Ludlow Hill Park Trails Project. The scope includes approximately 6,845 linear feet of five-foot-wide gravel trail meeting ADA specifications, culverts and other necessary drainage measures, three trailhead locations, traffic control, and restoration resulting from the project. The City may award one, multiple, or all trails. Bidders must be pre-qualified through the City's Safety Program at least 48 hours before bid opening and must submit the completed Lawrenceburg Bid/Quote Form, Indiana Form 96 with financial statement, detailed project schedule, list of completed similar projects, Conflict of Interest/Nepotism affidavit, and required E-Verify forms. The awarded contractor must provide performance and payment bonds and proof of insurance naming the City as an additional insured before receiving the Notice to Proceed.
