Description
The Internal Revenue Service is seeking industry information on a self-hosted, enterprise remote support solution for up to 400 concurrent authorized service desk personnel. The solution must operate within the agency’s managed virtual-server infrastructure and support remote desktop control, screen sharing, view-only and interactive sessions, multi-session and multi-technician collaboration, session transfer, remote reboot and reconnect, unattended access, secure bidirectional file transfer, chat, session recording, and audit logging. The solution must support Windows workstations and Windows 11 managed endpoints, virtual desktops, servers, virtual machines, iOS and Android mobile devices, tablets, and future enterprise platforms. Required capabilities include integration with Active Directory, Integrated Windows Authentication, HSPD-12/PIV, SSO, RBAC, Splunk, and ServiceNow Premium Integration; FIPS 140-3-compliant encryption; Section 508, FISMA, Treasury, IRS, HSPD-12, and applicable NIST compliance; high availability, load balancing, disaster recovery, backup and restoration, scalability, and operation entirely within the agency network. Respondents must provide company and capability information, commercial availability, business-size and government-vehicle information, interest in a future quote, feedback on the draft requirements, and a capability-website URL. Responses are limited to five pages using 11-point font.
