Description
The Village of Corinth is soliciting sealed bids for the reconstruction of utilities on Hill Avenue and Heath Street. The work is a rebid of a solicitation whose September 30, 2026, bids were rejected, and bidders must use the contract documents revised in October 2026. The contract documents include information for bidders, a form of bid, contract form, plans and specifications, bid bond, performance bond, payment bond, and other related documents. The project is subject to applicable employment conditions, minimum wage requirements, nondiscrimination requirements, and the Build America, Buy America Act.
