Description
The Saratoga Springs City School District is soliciting separate sealed bid proposals for Contract No. 57 – Roofing Construction, Contract No. 58 – Mechanical Construction, and Contract No. 59 – Electrical Construction. The work covers materials and labor for Phase 9B of the Legacy 2025 Capital Project at Saratoga Springs High School, Maple Avenue Middle School, and the Transportation Facility, in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Bidders must submit a bid proposal and bid security, comply with applicable employment conditions and minimum wage requirements, and obtain the official bidding documents through the designated plan room. A pre-bid conference is scheduled, and site inspections may be arranged during normal school hours.
