Description
The Town of Wilton is soliciting sealed bids to connect an existing residential dwelling, currently served by a private on-site sewage disposal system, to Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1. The work includes construction of the building sewer and lateral, installation of a grinder pump station, a sleeved crossing of County Road 32, and abandonment of the existing septic service. A site visit is required before bid submission. This is a prevailing-wage project. Each bid must include a non-collusion certificate and a hold-harmless clause, and corporations must be authorized to do business in New York. Bid specifications and bid forms are available from the Town Clerk's Office or by email request.
