Description
The City seeks one or more contractors to provide on-call work zone traffic control services and equipment for planned construction and maintenance, special events, and emergency response. The scope includes traffic control supervisors, certified flaggers, traffic control devices, setup and removal, daily inspections and service checks, emergency response, traffic control plan preparation when requested, and related logs and reporting. Work must comply with applicable MUTCD, CDOT, and City requirements. Contractors must provide 24/7 availability, respond to emergency calls within 15 minutes when a message is left, and arrive with setup materials within 30 minutes of a call. The City intends to establish an initial one-year contract with up to four additional one-year renewal periods. Responses require a qualifications statement, resumes for key personnel, a response to the statement of work, emergency-response procedures, a fee schedule, at least three recent similar-service references, the completed City submittal form, and any requested attachments. The qualifications statement is limited to 15 pages, with required City forms and resumes excluded from that limit; the submission must be one bookmarked PDF.
