Description
Houston Independent School District is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide brokerage services for flood and property insurance and become an approved vendor for this project. One or more vendors may be selected, subject to evaluation, liability-insurance compliance, MWBE program requirements, and Board of Education approval. The tentative contract term is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with five automatic annual renewals through September 30, 2031. HISD may also extend the project for up to 90 days for business continuity. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 25, 2026, and proposals are due September 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
