Description
Bryan Independent School District is seeking quotes for two new, current-model-year or newest-available small SUVs and one new passenger van. The SUVs must have automatic transmissions, seating for five, white exteriors, standard cloth interiors, factory air conditioning, manufacturer-standard warranties, required federal safety equipment, license plates, and standard delivery items. The passenger van must be a new Chevrolet or Ford equivalent with a medium roof, long body, V6 engine, automatic transmission, gasoline fuel, all-wheel drive, specified safety and convenience features, white exterior, dark gray vinyl interior, manufacturer-standard warranty, license plates, and standard delivery items. Vendors must provide detailed specifications, standard features and equipment, make, model, trim, model year, itemized and total pricing, purchasing cooperative contract number, discounts, estimated delivery timeframe, and all additional fees. Pricing must be based on an approved purchasing cooperative such as TASB BuyBoard, Choice Partners, DIR, or TCPN. Vendors must be authorized dealers, distributors, or manufacturers, and responses may be submitted through the online eBidding system, by email, or by delivery to the Administration Building. The solicitation also requires a completed vendor packet and specifications for the proposed vehicles.
