Description
The City of Cambridge is offering 20 surplus vehicles for sale, including Ford Fusion, Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility, Ford Taurus, Ford Fusion Hybrid, GMC Terrain, Toyota RAV4, Ford Escape, Ford F-250, and a 1998 Ford cutaway ambulance. The vehicles are sold as-is, without express or implied warranties, and bidders may bid on one or more line items. Each item will be awarded to the highest acceptable bidder. The opportunity is currently limited to towns, cities, and similar public-sector agencies. Successful bidders must provide a certified check within 10 business days after notice of award, arrange and pay for pickup, and remove awarded vehicles within 15 working days after notice of award. Bidders must also provide an authorized representative's name, title, telephone number, and email address, certify that the bid is non-collusive, and acknowledge the required public-agency eligibility and tax-exemption documentation.
